The benefits of a mindfulness program for university students: A qualitative exploration on intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships

چکیده

This study explores the perceived benefits of a mindfulness program for university students, focusing on changes in their intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. The findings underscore increased self-compassion self-care diminished levels self-judgement. Mindfulness programs could be incorporated into counseling services higher education to improve students’ well-being.
